My wife and I were in the midst of a very busy year and among other things we had to sell our condo. We were referred to Marlon by friends who spoke very highly of him. We decided to contact him to see if he could help us sell our condo. From our initial consultation his method was seamless and professional. He was very thorough; he prepared a wonderful welcome package which answered many of our questions. He provided us with great research that provided us with an analytical understanding of the surrounding area. Even more impressive was his ability to take the initiative to review competitive condos that were selling within the same building. In the recent selling of our townhouse and purchase of our new home, Marlon Deogracias of Signature Service GMAC Real Estate demonstrated hard work, commitment and professionalism with a personal touch.

Right from the start, he promptly reviewed our house, assessed the features and benefits of our property and provided us with valuable recommendations and background research of other possible competitive properties in our area. With his advice, we then listed our house on the market on a Sunday and had an offer the very next day. In the process of now searching for our new home, Marlon had done a wonderful job of assessing our needs and putting together a short list of houses for us to visit. When first selecting a realtor to help us, we had the option of going with a “big/brand name” real estate broker but after meeting with Marlon and ultimately deciding to work with him, we now know it was the best decision we could have made.
